Less than a month remaining until the end of my voluntary work in Amsterdam. It's really near to the end. For me it began a period of uncertainty caused by my future plans. Nothing is the same since Amsterdam for me. You experience things, then you come to an end. After a year of working in various situations you become more mature, broaden your perspective on the reality that surrounds you. After a year I carried a lot of work here, and that is inevitably coming to the end of the voluntary surprisingly accepted stoically.

On the one hand, I'm really glad that I was able to spend this wonderful time with really amazing people. That I met many wonderful people in my projects and in different places here in the Netherlands. On the other hand, of course, I do not want to leave MissionHouse and my friends who in this particular period of my life were my support, help, laughing. A kind of friends or family here in Amsterdam. I will certainly miss them all... On the bright side, I got to know myself. I got to know what I really want to do in my life. When everything came to an end, the new chapter begins and a new journey starts in my and every person in the Mission House's life.

I do not know the future, I do not know the answer to many questions. I do not know what will happen next with my life here in Amsterdam. But I know that what I got after this year, this huge dose of experience will help me a lot in many cases in my future life. Of course like any normal person, I'm afraid that my plans for the volunteer year does not come out. But I know that God is watching over me, as He did many times this year, and that I should always think positively about future plans, because even if I did not know the future, it's always easier to accept the reality of it with a little help.

Greg.
