"We invite you to an evening of reflective storytelling and music on the relevance of LGBTIQ associations and movement building worldwide. Come and listen to personal stories from around the world, and share your own experiences!

LGBTIQ associations and movement building are vital, EVERYWHERE. They bring people together, address LGBTIQ vulnerabilities and offer mutual support. Together, they fight against discrimination, and push for LGBTIQ acceptance in today’s societies. In many countries LGBTIQ associations face serious challenges. Many governments make it impossible for associations to legally register their offices, and in some cases, LGBTIQ offices are under surveillance and attack.

Learn how activists around the world deal with these challenges, and together, let’s strengthen our bonds to safeguard and protect rights out there!

The event will be in English.
